Haddon Kitchen Incubator provides turnkey kitchen facilities to food service businesses who do not manage their own dedicated food preparation space. But that is just the beginning. We are a full-service food industry incubator, dedicated to help you grow your business.
Kitchen Facilities
Our facilities consist of three interconnected work rooms and an event room. Each area is available for your simultaneous use with any reservation. Haddon Kitchen Incubator is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to members.

Main Kitchen
Spacious restaurant-style production area with a full hot line, convection ovens, microwave, slicers, fixed and mobile work tables, prep sink and refrigeration.

Rear Kitchen
Flexible use area with mixers and both stainless steel and wood top tables. Ideal as a bread and pastry preparation area.

Prep Area
Separate work area with stainless steel work tables with integral overshelves, best for basic preparation or assembly needs. Located in the side storeroom just steps away from the walk-in refrigeration, freezers, and standing mixer.
Available Services
Haddon Kitchen Incubator is more than just a commissary kitchen. In addition to on-demand use of our facilities, we offer many services to help you get your food business off the ground or meet new demand as you grow. We have catering equipment available for rent on a daily (per-event) basis. We offer an event room onsite for your demonstrations and classes, and even client catering.
We offer many other benefits to our members. We hold regular member meetings to help you network with other Incubator members. We will attempt to use our group purchasing power to obtain discounts on popular services. We engage in group purchasing which allows small businesses access to large suppliers who often have minimum order sizes and set delivery dates. We also plan seasonal public events and invite Incubator members to showcase their products.
We can also provide business services, including phone and mail service, invoicing system, one-pager websites, and more.
In addition, we offer consulting services to new and growing businesses. Need someone to look over a contract? Are you sure you have the right insurance? Are you spending way too much for back office solutions? We are industry veterans who have struggled with the same issues and have developed a proven path to success.

Members may also purchase additional convenience services to complement their kitchen use membership.

Janitorial Services
Let us clean up after you! Members on the postpaid monthly plan can optionally hire our staff to do your kitchen cleanup and save you time and money.

Storage
We have dry storage lockers available, as well as locking bins for refrigerated storage in our walk-in, and locking freezer compartments.

Exclusive Use
Sessions can be designated as exclusive use if you need to take over the entire kitchen for a large event. This ensures no other member may be booked simultaneously.
Membership Plans
Choose whichever option meets your needs and budget. We have both pay as you go and recurring monthly plans available. Choose from flexible self-scheduling or predictable recurring reservation options. Change plans anytime as your business situation changes. We have no long-term contracts, termination fees or other surprises. We are committed to working with you on your business terms in a fair and equitable manner.

Cold Pack Membership Plans
Cold Pack Plans
We offer a reduced rate option for members that do not need a full-service kitchen facility. Cold pack plans are designed for businesses that only need a licensed and inspected facility for packaging goods for sale and do not require the use of energy-intensive cooking equipment.

Base Station Membership Plans
Base Station Plans
Mobile food vendors are required to be associated with a base station. Common types of mobile food vendors include caterers, food trucks, food carts, and farmer's market or fair vendors. We offer mobile base station plans on either a per-event or monthly basis for those who do their food prep on their mobile unit and therefore only require sanitary services for health department compliance. Mobile services includie hot water for handsink use, potable filtered drinking water, disposal of greywater,trash and oil, and dish area use for equipment cleaning and sanitizing.
If you need to prepare your food for service in our facility you will need to purchase a standard kitchen plan as listed above. You can purchase a base-station add-on to a standard plan which includes a return visit after your event to accept your trash, wastewater and used grease, and for you to clean up your mobile station and wash/sanitize your mobile unit and equipment on-site.
Mobile services includes assistance with and completion of paperwork required for mobile vendor permitting with the department of health. We charge a nonrefundable $300 fee at the start of each season to prepare your mobile permit application. The permitting fee will be applied as credit toward base station usage fees for the season. Any applicant for whom we attest as your base station but does not report to the kitchen for sanitation purposes during the season will be reported to the department of health and have their sanitation certificate revoked by the issuing agency.
Please note we do not offer storage for your mobile food cart or truck. Dry, refrigerated, or frozen storage for ingredients and equipment is available for rental, separate from base-station fees.
