There are three types of pricing arrangements - Spot use, Tiered use, and Custom Contract use:
Spot use allows immediate purchase of a kitchen reservation without prepaid commitment.
Tiered use requires purchasing a block of usage credits in advance, but affords progressive hourly discounts based upon monthly usage. The more time you are able to commit to, the less you pay per hour.
Custom contracts are available for our highest volume members who need a predictable monthly cost.
Standard kitchen membership is designed for caterers, bakers, personal chefs and similar businesses, including full use of the kitchen facilities and all equipment.

The cold pack plan is designed for businesses that only need a licensed and inspected facility for packaging goods for sale and do not require the use of energy-intensive cooking or processing equipment.

The mobile base station plan is for those who do their food prep on their mobile unit and therefore only require sanitary services for health department compliance. Mobile services include hot water for handsink use, potable filtered drinking water, disposal of greywater, trash and oil, and use of dish area and cleaning supplies. We do not offer storage for food trucks.
Members on the standard kitchen plan can opt to purchase a base-station add-on which includes a return visit after your event to accept trash, wastewater and used grease, and to wash and sanitize the mobile unit and equipment on-site without incurring additional hourly charges.

The sales area is available for rental in conjunction with a kitchen use reservation to allow for customer or delivery service pickup. Make a pop-up store any time!
Mobile-only members may set up their mobile station in the event area in conjunction with a base station reservation.

Storage is available on a weekly or monthly basis. All monthly plans are pro-rated to the first of the month. We offer a 15% discount for members who rent multiple storage units on a monthly basis. We offer a 20% discount to monthly custom members on the standard or cold pack membership plans who rent multiple storage units on a monthly basis.

Overnight Speedrack Storage (Catering Only)
Grants exclusive use of the entire kitchen during a kitchen session, blocking other members from making concurrent reservations. Intended for large event preparation. Requires advance notice. 50% surcharge over tiered rate.
Need to borrow a specific piece of equipment for an off-site event? We have various pieces of catering equipment including dishes, flatware, holding and service equipment, coffee urns, and the like available for short-term rental at very reasonable rates.
